Meet the girls

Meet Monica. A lover of music, hot tamales, soccer and all things inappropriate. Meet Lindsay. A lover of music, hot tamales, soccer and all things inappropriate. Lindsay and Monica met at Tritt Elementary School where they bonded during the Nutcracker, physical education class with Mr. Negedly, chorus and field days. They remained friends in middle school, when wearing pleather pants, going to cowboys and gleeking on each other in chorus were all cool things to do.

Lindsay's talent in musical theatre took her to a performing arts high school separating her and Monica, but the distance couldn't break them up. You could always count on Monica to be in the audience at Lindsay's shows, and Lindsay tried to make all of Monica's soccer games. After many break ups, homecoming dances, mission trips, football games and proms, it was finally time for the girls to go to college...

Monica went to Auburn University while Lindsay went to the University of Oklahoma. Both girls followed their passion. Lindsay majored in musical theatre, and Monica is in her final soccer season at Auburn. After trips to visit each other, summers in East Cobb, Chi Omega events, spring breaks and surprises, it is time for the girls to move on. Lindsay just graduated and Monica isn't far behind.

Duet to It is a place where we can give everyone updates on our lives as we look to the future. We can't wait to see what's ahead of us. Enjoy!
